March Menu

Spring will soon be in the air!  As we welcome the longer days and warmer weather we will also soon welcome new crops of fresh produce.  Spring is full of green goodness and a sign more is to come our way.

March Menu:

V= Vegan    DF=Dairy Free    GF=Gluten Free

Week One – March 1 & 3

Honey Garlic Turmeric Stir Fry (DF, GF) – served with brown rice and sliced chicken breast

Apple Crumble (V, DF, GF) – with a dollop of coconut whip cream

Week Two – March 8

Lasagna!!!! (DF) – created with a flavorful bolognese sauce using local beef,  creamy cashew ricotta, and fresh noodles.  Gluten free option available upon request.

Ultimate Caesar Salad with Chickpea Croutons (V, DF, GF)

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie (V, DF, GF)

Week Three – March 15 & 17

Grilled Chicken Shawarma with Tahini Dressing (DF, GF)

Lebanese Rice (V, DF, GF)

Chopped Israeli Salad (V, DF, GF)

 Week Four – March 22 & 24

Almond Veggie Burger Bundle with Spicy Mango Chutney (V, DF, GF) – served on bib lettuce

Sweet Potato Fries (V, DF, GF)

Balsamic Roasted Veggies (V, DF, GF)

Week 5 – March 29 & 31

African Peanut Soup (V, DF, GF) served with a slice of fresh sourdough bread

Spring Greens Salad with Pear, Chevre Cheese and Pecans (V, DF, GF)
