Week Two – January 15 & 17

Amazing Veggie Burger (DF) – served on a bun with all the delicious toppings; avocado mayo, homemade bbq sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion
Raw Beet & Sweet Potato salad with Lime Vinaigrette (V, DF, GF)
Blueberry Soda (V, DF, GF)- refreshing beverage of sparkling water and an organic blueberry syrup
Week Three – January 22 & 24
Tandoori Chicken (GF) – deliciously spiced chicken with a traditional Raita (yogurt sauce)

Chopped Cucumber-Tomato Salad (V, DF, GF) – simple, fresh salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, carrot, red onion and lemon
