January Menu:

V= Vegan    DF=Dairy Free    GF=Gluten Free

Week One – January 8 & 10

*GF option available

Italian Turkey Meatballs in a Marinara sauce (DF)- served on a zucchini noodle & pasta blend and topped with nutty parmesan

Kale Salad (V, DF, GF) – with Roasted Garlic-Lemon dressing and crispy spiced chickpeas

Week Two – January 15 & 17

*GF option available

Amazing Veggie Burger (DF) – served on a bun with all the delicious toppings; avocado mayo, homemade bbq sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion

Raw Beet & Sweet Potato salad with Lime Vinaigrette (V, DF, GF)

Blueberry Soda (V, DF, GF)- refreshing beverage of sparkling water and an organic blueberry syrup

Week Three – January 22 & 24

Tandoori Chicken (GF) – deliciously spiced chicken with a traditional Raita (yogurt sauce)

Brown Basmati (V, DF, GF)

Chopped Cucumber-Tomato Salad (V, DF, GF) – simple, fresh salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, carrot, red onion and lemon

Week Four – January 29 & 31

Honey Garlic Veggie Stir-Fry with Asian Beef Strips (GF, DF) – served with Brown Rice and Millet Ramen noodles

Veggie Fresh Rolls with Almond Sauce (V, DF, GF)

    Sign me up for all the meals in March lease. Will it payment in this weeks container bag.
    Last. Week you had this scrumptious cream. Green slice (quite tart )which I really like. Do you have any for sale? If so, the cost which I would also include with the containers.
