Mint Chip Smoothie

1 cup almond milk or coconut milk

1/2 avocado or banana,  frozen

2 handfuls spinach leaves

2 medjool dates, pitted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 – 2 drops peppermint essential oil, food grade

1 tbsp cacao nibs

1 tbsp cacao powder (optional)

  • Add all ingredients into blender except for the cacao nibs, add those in the last 10 seconds of processing
  • Enjoy!
