Italian Turkey Meatballs in Marinara sauce (DF) – served on a zucchini noodle & pasta blend

Roasted Italian Veggies (V, DF, GF)

Slice of toasted Sourdough & Bruschetta (V, DF)

Week 2 – June 11 & 13

Honey Garlic Veggie Stir-Fry with Asian Beef Strips (GF, DF) – Served with Brown Rice & Millet Ramen Noodles

Lemon Kale Chips (V, DF, GF)

Strawberry- Rhubarb Lemonade (V, DF, GF)

Week 3 – June 18 & 20

*Gluten Free option available

Portabella Mushroom Burger with Kale Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto (V, DF)

Lemon Roasted Potato Wedges (V, DF, GF)

Rainbow Quinoa Salad (V, DF, GF) – shredded beets, carrots, cucumber, red pepper, mango, kale, green onion and quinoa with a ginger -lime dressing.

Week 4  – June 25 & 27

Shepherds Pie with Sweet Potato Topping (DF, GF)

Spring Greens Salad (GF) – pears, toasted nuts, goat cheese, chopped dates and Balsamic Vinegrette

Strawberry Rhubarb Crumb Bars (GF)

    Oh and, 4 slices of the key lime cheesecake if you have done. Please advise the cost and I will include that as well. Thsnks
