Week One – May 7 & 9

Slow Cooked Turkey Chili (DF, GF)- served over brown basmati and topped with yummy stuff!

Mixed Berry Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette (GF) – fresh baby greens, berries, toasted hazelnut crumble, feta, scallions

Week Two – May 14 & 16

BBQ Chicken (DF, GF) – smothered in a delicious, homemade BBQ sauce topped with pineapple salsa

Roasted Sweet Potato Pieces (V, DF, GF)

Layered House Salad (V, DF, GF) – greens, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, zucchini spirals, scallions, coconut bacon served with a Honey Dijon Dressing

Week Three – May 21 & 23

Baked Falafel Bowl (V, DF, GF) – crispy falafels with Lebanese rice, tabbouleh, pita, hummus, olives, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onions & tahini sauce  *** no pita for gluten free requests

Hibiscus Iced Tea (V, DF, GF)

Week Four – May 28 & 30

Creamy Lemon Chicken Breast (GF)

Herbed Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes (V, DF, GF)

Grilled Aspargus (V, DF, GF)

Lemon Cashew Cheesecake with Strawberry Compote (V, DF, GF)

    Sign me up for all the meals in March lease. Will it payment in this weeks container bag.
    Last. Week you had this scrumptious cream. Green slice (quite tart )which I really like. Do you have any for sale? If so, the cost which I would also include with the containers.
