Week One – March 5 & 7

*Gluten Free option available

Sweet Potato & Black Bean Quesadilla – topped with Avocado cream

Mexican Coleslaw – grilled corn, black beans, cabbage, green pepper and pepitas in a creamy chipotle dressing ( DF, GF)

Fruit Pizza (V, DF, GF)

Week Two – March 12 & 14

Cashew Crusted Chicken Strips (DF, GF) – served with garlic aoili

Lemon Potato Wedges (V, DF, GF)

Blackberry Balsamic Salad (GF)- fresh greens, blackberries, red onion, goat cheese, avocado slices, toasted almonds

Week Three – March 19 & 21

*Gluten Free option available

Roasted Red Pepper Pasta (DF) – blend of pasta and zucchini noodles smothered in a creamy and flavorful roasted red pepper sauce, topped with fresh herbs and nutty parmesan

Toasted Sourdough (V, DF) – locally made sourdough (Lockwood), toasted and served with Balsamic and Olive oil

Ceaser Salad (V, DF, GF) – blend of romaine and kale & chickpea croutons

Week Four – March 26 & 28

Grilled Chicken Salad (DF, GF) – with Chimichurri, fresh greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet pepper

Baked Sweet Potato Chunks (V, DF, GF)

Key-Lime Cheesecake (V, DF, GF)

    Sign me up for all the meals in March lease. Will it payment in this weeks container bag.
    Last. Week you had this scrumptious cream. Green slice (quite tart )which I really like. Do you have any for sale? If so, the cost which I would also include with the containers.
